THE MUST IS BLEND WITH PURE AND DEEP SPRING WATER OF TEQUILA VOLCAN AND SPONTANEOUSLY FERMENTED. THE DISTILLATION IS HORIZONTAL BY STAINLESS STEEL ALEMBICS WITH COPPER CONDENSERS AND AGED FOR 28 DAYS, (FULL MOON TO FULL MOON) IN MEDIUM TOASTED AMERICAN WHITE OAK BARRELS  "CUERCUS ALBA"

VOL., IS OBTAINED BY 100% OF AGAVE TEQUILANA WEBER BLUE VARIETY, GROWN IN THE TERRITORY OF THE DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN AND COOKED BY STEAM IN BIG OVEN WITH DOUBLE INTERVAL. THE MUST IS BLEND WITH PURE AND DEEP SPRING WATER OF TEQUILA VOLCAN AND SPONTANEOUSLY FERMENTED. THE DISTILLATION IS HORIZONTAL BY STAINLESS STEEL ALEMBICS WITH COPPER CONDENSERS AND AGED IN AMERICAN WHITE OAK BARRELS (CUERCUS ALBA) WITH SEVERAL AGING AND DIFFERENT DEPTHS OF TOASTED.
